The MIECHV program serves expectant mothers and families with children ages 0-3, in Butler, Carter, Reynolds, Ripley, Shannon, and Wayne Counties, through weekly home visitations. The program helps to improve maternal and child health, prevent child abuse and neglect, encourage positive parenting, and promote child development and school readiness.
