ACCEPTING BIDS

SCMCAA is accepting bids for the repair and reconditioning of a water damaged office building located in Doniphan, MO. Areas of repair include: Drywall ceiling, walls, texture and paint with our brand and color choice. Subflooring, floor Joist, flooring commercial vinyl plank, vinyl cove base. Insulation, floors, walls. Electrical wiring, fixtures. Interior and Exterior doors, Plumbing, Plumbing fixtures. Kitchen cabinets, fixtures, counter top. Installation phone and internet cables. All areas completed to a finished product with the highest quality of workmanship. Final approval of workmanship and materials will be required before payment will be released.
