Weatherization Wednesday

Almost one-third of U.S. households have reported difficulty in paying energy bills or adequately heading and cooling their homes Across the country, more than 500 Community Action Agencies operate a Weatherization Assistance Program- helping families save money on utilities by making homes more energy efficient. Weatherization services help households save $283 per year on average in energy costs. Savings like that can make a big difference in helping families afford essentials like food, medicine, or school supplies for kids.
